These buildings are now quite visible from North Tce and Rundle St in Kent Town, giving a taste of the density this area should be become. In many ways, it has more potential than even Bowden. There are some very large commercial plots ripe for residential/mixed redevelopment. Hopefully the Royal Hotel proposal will take off and keep the momentum going.

The crane for Verde will be coming down either this weekend (23/9), or next weekend (30/9). King William St Kent Town will be closed on both days.
