Now I've seen a few funny things on this website and I am happy to admit that some of my comments in the past
have been controversial. But 'Dominator 1' as a name and with a height of 230 metres is ridiculous. Datong are a joke.
Adelaide doesn't have an economy to support a building of that height.

That is the project name, not the name of the apartments and secondly are you an economist?

Is there a height where building becomes significantly more expensive? Is it less than 230m?

Otherwise, I can't see how the economy wouldn't support a 230m building when apparently it'll happily support several 100m+ buildings...

It's fair to say that Datong / JWDT doesn't have much integrity given what has happened with U2 on Waymouth.

Yes I know the story behind U2. They said that construction had started 18 months ago and still to this day, nothing has happened.
Interesting enough if you were to go back through the U2 thread, you will find that I was the only one on the forum who successfully
predicted that nothing will happen.

I wouldn't call what we had a "Valley of Death" though. What was it, a reduction in 1, 2, 3 cranes?

No you weren't correct. Your definitely of a "valley of death" seems to be very different compared to everyone else on this forum.

The jives with the Pulteney/Flinders St corner speculation. Can't be much further south, as they do specify "core".
