You mean Franklin & Morphett streets maybe?

The site is down Franklin a bit, the shops on the corner were/are their display centre.
Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

Sorry Franklin and Morphett, I started on Flinders and it became Franklin.It is directly opposite the West Franklin site.

I'm actually impressed with what they have proposed on such a small site.

This. Unless the bone of contention is that the site should have been incorporated, I think it's an acceptable design that isn't obnoxiously dominating or anything like that.

Surely the development has value if people are willing to buy the apartments (though that remains to be seen of course. Let the market decide).

Up date for St Andrews hospital. This project is making good progress now that it is above street level. picture 9/4/17 (Sunday). The yellow and black tape on the power lines are called tiger tails so that crane operators etc can more easily judge where the power lines are.
