According to real Estate.com Bohem completion is December this year. I assume it would take several months to demolish and get the site ready so this would work out perfect. Especially the last couple of months the workers are different to those needed at the start of construction.

Nothing too exciting, but I heard an ad on the radio for this development while driving along.

Towards the end, I'm not sure the exact wording, but they also something along the lines of construction on this starting next month. Putting aside the possibility that the developers are being overly optimistic (we all know it's happened before, wasn't Echelon meant to start early this year?), that would coincide nicely with the news that current tenants are moving out as Nathan mentioned.

If they are doing away with underground parking, bringing it above ground and adding apartments and overall height, it has to be 10 metres plus.

All food tenancies are vacated and the tables and chairs have been removed. Its going to be interesting to see what they do with the place given that either side there is still an Asian food court. Unless the other 2 landowners have agreed to renovate as well.

Which buildings are getting demolished?

It's a bit of a pain to explain since the area is such a mess of little buildings, but the longitudinal boundaries of the site are the western wall of the Ruthven Mansions building and the eastern wall of that three-storey building painted blue on Austin Street (extend that boundary south to Porters Lane). Everything between those boundaries will be demolished except for Assay House.
