I Walked past today and noticed that the first of the sun hoods has been installed on the lower left side of the north facade. Would have gotten a pic but I was in a hurry.

It is visible from Rundle Mall but only if you stand right up against the shops on the southern side in this area.

The view from Twin Street, just off Rundle Mall. (22/8/2017)

Not wrong. The Dwell apartments near the Freemasons has it over this building from that angle which is saying something.

This will be blocked out by Realm in this location so not an issue, only for the Realm residents that look straight at it.

I don't mind it actually, it seems to fit in with the rest of North Terrace South.

Yeah, this is by far my favourite of the three student accommodations going up.
It's quite imposing and to me it looks taller than 68m. That's good because I was a bit worried the building would be a bit too chunky. The precast concrete on this one looks the whitest interestingly enough, even though I thought it would look more brown once finished judging by the initial renders. Maybe if the concrete on 231-243 Waymouth had this consistency and colour, it would look nicer.
Anyway, here's a few photos. Note the green sun hood in the first photo that Spurdo mentioned a little while back.

Great shot Howie.
Two things....
- The rooftops of the Rundle Plaza and ACP are such wasted spaces. Perfect location for an outdoor cinema / bar
- Realm and Adelaidean are going to look amazing from that angle in years to come. Can't wait

Another distant view from by the Torrens Parade Ground. This building is now taller than the apartments on top of the David Jones car park.

Found a good vantage point at the top of my street. Dwell can also be seen from here, and will become more visible as it continues rising over the next few months. (30/8/2017)
