In the context of rail it's Temporary Speed Restriction. Where a section of track has a max speed placed on it for safety reasons.
Exit on the right in the direction of travel.

Big infrastructure investments are usually under-valued and & over-criticized while in the planning stage. It's much easier to envision the here and now costs and inconveniences, and far more difficult to imagine fully the eventual benefits.

After seeing pictures of flooded freeways in Houston last week, I wondered - how is stormwater going to be managed in the "trench" of the Torrens to Torrens project? Nobody has talked of building a huge stormwater pipe from the project to the coast or Torrens River, even if the bottom of the trench is high enough that the pipe would flow in the right direction during a storm surge. Does anyone know?
Any stormwater infrastructure works seem to have been about getting stormwater across the trench, not out of it.

I believe they use pumps, they did that for construction of the underpass at Goodwood Junction and Marion Station.

Recent works along T2T have been focused around building the eastern (southbound trench wall). Significant excavation has occurred along much of the to-be trench.

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but the Hawker Street bridge is now open, and the second half of the Torrens Road bridge should be operational in the coming days.
I have recorded the works from the Rail Overpass yesterday. It shows just how much soil has been excavated already.

There's some sort of metal structure sitting in the middle of the road(where the trench will be) at Ridleyton near the foodland.
Kind of looks similar to the railbridge but then has these other bits protruding at the top or sides.
Anyone know what it is? Perhaps a pedestrian crossing that will be installed?

The bridges look almost done. Also, a lot of the noise walls along the eastern side of the new road are done.

The changes around Darlington will mean Transit Link buses T721 and T722 won't be servicing the bus stop on Main South Road on southbound by Flinders Drive because they won't be able to enter the expressway from that stop, the onramp to the expressway is before that bus stop. Although I do recall talk of a bus interchange on new part of Flinders Drive so maybe they will use that stop or actually stop at Flinders Medical Centre instead.

Nearmap was recently updated. Here is the essential material:
1. Manton Street/Grange Road bridge. Looking east, towards the CBD.
2. As above, but zoomed out slightly and looking west. Note the rise and fall of the trench.
3. Work on widening the Taylor Bridge (the one over the Torrens).
