The carpark is staying, the new tower will be in front of it.

The car park will be incorporated into the new building on the lower levels. Site office being relocated to 1st level of car park.

Sounds of banging, sawing and general destruction now emanating from the interior of the remaining building on site. Workmen's lunch room and site office now inside adjacent car park.

Also if piling is the measure of a change in status to U/C then maybe this should be changed as piling has definitely occurred on the old Rhino Room site.
