It is my suspicion that they will get either side of the carpark entry underway and then do what they need to over the entry. Avoid having the close the carpark for too long. Hence the works on the northern end of the site.

I'm seriously hoping they can find a way to not close the car park, or just for a weekend maybe. No idea if that is structurally possible though.

Noticed tonight that fencing has been placed along the last remaining building. Majority of it has already been gutted, so won't take long for demolition.

Looks like they've taken the roof off - at least on the southern side. Car Park closing for construction in February apparently.
