I think Wyatt House (the red one), SA Water House and Chesser House all look good. SA Water House just sold recently for $20million.

Lots more work done today. Most of the vertical beams on the front are gone now.
It looks weird with no roof. I guess next they will start taking the walls off from the top floor.

Looks like we were there at the same time jk. Watching it all come down did make me wonder what's hiding behind the facades of some of the other buildings around Adelaide.

The inside is pretty flat. South and West walls remain largely intact. I expect these will come down next weekend.

In Howie's pic showing the western wall (Hyde Street) you can see a street light pole. Wonder whether the council will risk leaving it there. It may end up mangled.

I did some research regarding the old RAA building. It appears that the building was built between 1919-1920. However the building is rather bland, and doubt that even if it had not received its makeover in the 1960's would be heritage listed.

Was wondering about the older facade Will. It's always a shame to lose an old piece but without its makeup on, this one was pretty bland.

Isn't there an even older RAA building next to it? Any idea how old that one is Will?
