From last night. Can also see some of the new festive lighting on Rundle. This building makes a amssive impact from all arewas of the east end. Shame about its looks.

Yeah Ben, what a huge impact... yet the Adelaidean will be double that size and you'll easily see Realm from there as well.
You can see Westpac from the end Obahn tunnel coming out onto Grenfell Street so these should be no different from there.

A similar shot to the one taken by Ben - as pointed out above The Adelaidean when built will be very dominant when viewed from almost any part of the cityscape.

The roofline of the Adelaidean would probably be the top border of that last image. Massive impact and dominance over the area.

This really stands out approaching the city from the east. Add two-three more taller buildings...finally a massive noticeable change in our skyline.

Surely that central life shaft can't be too far from topping out? Hard to estimate from photos, but looks to me to me the facade is up to 19.5 floors (including round). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Advertising hoarding gone and a frame is being placed around it - not sure if that is part of the dismantling process, but photo below anyways.

There is some sort of framing at the top of the tower in the original renders, maybe this is the start of that?
