No, it won't change crane type. It will stay a hammerhead crane. I too saw the tower pieces on site today, and the rise should happen tomorrow.

Think there was a problem with the rise I went past a few times throughout the day and the guys were standing around up the top with a crane piece dangling. This pic was taken at 3:30. Not sure if they managed to get it done.
