I've heard a builder has been appointed and this one will be complete within 12 months of starting due to its construction method.

Let's hope it actually comes to fruition, unlike the Lester Hotel.

Hope it goes ahead. I've always been a fan of Intro's work.Ben wrote:I've heard a builder has been appointed and this one will be complete within 12 months of starting due to its construction method.

Lester Hotel looked cheap and nasty. I'm glad it's axed.Norman wrote:Let's hope it actually comes to fruition, unlike the Lester Hotel.

Hope this gets going. The West End is 'happening'. Let's hope Light Square, Rockford and the Newmarket twin towers proceed.

A variation was lodged for this DA on the 20/03/19, details yet to be released as to what the variations are.. seems like this may well be alive.

I bet the variations are to dumb down an already dumb design.

I believe this one will be starting in the next few months and a builder appointed. Waymouth street will be quite the construction site.

I hope this one does go ahead. I quite like the design going by the pics on the previous page, and a good bit of height for a prominent corner location
