Maybe they are trying to look minimalistic! Btw, have plans even been approved? They would be trying to start competing for buyers (against other apartment projects) even though no info/plans/prices/approval are even ready. So maybe they have nothing ready yet to even put on the website.

It's a holding page. It's not there to have all the info on it yet.

The first things that come to mind about that webpage is a retail outlet and not an apartment complex.

Let's see what happens. I find it confusing that this one was originally Sky Adelaide/Sky Apartments, then became Solea and is now apparently Sky again.

The design is in safe hands with Loucas Zahos. One of the very best architects in Adelaide for residential apartments.slenderman wrote: ↑Tue Feb 06, 2018 8:58 amLet's see what happens. Zahos has put up some pretty average designs in Adelaide - not bad, but not great either. Art Apartments is the only good one. I wouldn't be holding out too much hope on this one in terms of design quality... that is if it even gets up.
Zahos has got a very full plate on the go at the moment, surely it's bound one or two will fall over and this is one of them. With the exception of the Calvary Hospital, pretty much every single proposal within a 200m radius of this site has fallen through. It's a dud location.

If my idea of running the east-west portion of the city tram loop along the full length of Wakefield St - Grote St comes to fruition, this part of the CBD (along with the many underdeveloped bits of Franklin, Flinders, Gouger and Angas St will take off.[Shuz] wrote: ↑Thu Feb 08, 2018 8:49 amZahos has put up some pretty average designs in Adelaide - not bad, but not great either. I'd say that this development will start after the completion of the hospital.
Sales office now 'sky blue' on the outside.

Website for this has been updated with new renders, also noticed on their Facebook page they had an investor launch a few days ago:
https://www.skyapartments.com.au
Looks pretty good & about 23-24 levels, so around the 80-85 meter mark.

I like it. The raw concrete finish on this plus the louvers and steel cladding give a great industrial look, similar to the ART tower on Flinders street.
Hopefully it gets up as is.

It’s a little ironic that it’s called Sky Adelaide when there’s a building almost twice it’s size just down the road. The name would probably have worked nicely back in 2010.

Is it too late to rename Kodo to "Sky", and just call this one Kodo instead?
