Website is updated & now says ‘construction commencing July 2018’, so hopefully see some action here next week.

It must be ready to go anytime now! They wouldn't be advertising 'under construction' as a joke. Here is hoping work begins next Monday!

Sheesh, they still have apartments available. They only had to sell 70 or so, didn't they?

Well, the location isn't that great by comparison to other developments currently selling around the CBD.

I guess any of the other current projects underway (Realm, Adelaidean, etc) or even completed (Bohem, Aria...) have still apartments available, so that sounds pretty normal.
In contrast to some of the others they also did not seem to have run any kind of foreign investor campaigns, but prioritizing local owner-occupiers. Probably a combination of treating the apartments as a diversification component and trying to minimize future issues for clashes between the apartment complex and the hotel.
