Was this development the 'surprise' that you were alluding to a couple weeks ago, Ben?

Do you know who .... and will it be same development built or will they demolish the 1-2 storeys and start again?

From the limited info I've seen, it will be the same design with internal layout modifications to suit a hotel arrangement rather than apartments.how good is he wrote: ↑Fri Feb 08, 2019 11:55 amDo you know who .... and will it be same development built or will they demolish the 1-2 storeys and start again?

It looks like the same building, with a name change to WINGFOLD TOWER. JPE Design are still the architects. BUILT will probably continue the construction from where they left off.Snorkie wrote: ↑Mon Feb 11, 2019 8:27 pmhttps://www.builtenvirons.com.au/news/b ... old-tower/how good is he wrote: ↑Fri Feb 08, 2019 11:55 amDo you know who .... and will it be same development built or will they demolish the 1-2 storeys and start again?

This is great news, as it’s actually quite a nicely designed building
