Yeah they aren't masterpieces, but they will be establishing a new baseline for city apartments, and once they are up will be the standard for new developments to beat.

I believe Realm looks fantastic. I hope it turns out like the renders. I did prefer the first design with more gold but still really liking what we have.

Realm and Luminesque are my favourites in design but I am not worried about Adelaidean as much as I was previously. I would only give it a 7/10 though.
