I think the pattern is only on the glass corner to the south west. Think it’s final finish.

There was a proposal several years ago, to demolish the hall at the back of the Masonic Lodge and build a 16 level apartment block.
This proposal if I recall was actually granted planning approval, but it never materialised.

Thus, there is hope this monstrosity can be blocked out sooner rather than later.
