I went over the Superway last weekend, quite a lot of earthworks going on even at half past eight on a Saturday morning

Works have really ramped up (pun intended) around there the past few weeks. The big focus has been the Southern Interchange. Look forward to seeing it done.

Here's how the Northern Connector is looking from the Waterloo Corner overpass.

Looks smooth. I wonder what the actual speed rating is.

Thanks for the photos. The first couple of photos look like a lot of fill will be required to remove the drop-off from the shoulder. Did it look like that will be able to be scraped up in the process of making drainage swales, or is it going to need to be carted in from somewhere else?

Traffic turning south from Bolivar road onto Port Wakefield road appears to have switched to a new alignment.

Works here speeding up. From mid next week iirc southbound pt wakefield road will be down to 2 lanes from 3. Presumably leftmost lane will be closed to continue bolivar road realignment

Some night works this week, getting ready for closure of the temporary sulerway to salisbury highway off ramp and moving to the new flyover offramp. Would be nice if it was 2 lanes but me thinks only 1

Will it be the new flyover that opens on Monday morning after the last night of closures?

I doubt it, the government would be jumping up and down if it was
