Nup, wrong side. It stands out like crazy. I was sitting at the lights on North terrace/Frome intersection heading west, as I was in the car I didn't take a pic.

Because it's one of the screening/opaque panels, I'd say it's more likely a backing film yet to be removed rather than Pikey's theory of a removed one revealing reflective glazing. There's no evidence of film on any of the other installed panels from what I've seen either.

The crane is now visible from about Sefton Plaza driving shouts on Main North Road. The light stands out well around sunset.
