Anyone having problems getting to the front page?

Just wondering if anyone has seen this problem where there's only text on the front page but no images. If it's a problem with the site, i was hoping i could squash this bug.

I got that a few days ago, but thought it was something to do with my internet.

At work it's Internode and at home it's Optus...

I would say that what is happening is that the loading of the .css file is timing out...

This site is on a pretty slow server imo, and occasionally a page load will time out. In this case, the page has loaded fine, but then once the browser has the HTML it downloads the .css file seperately, and its that timing out.

Solution - either dont worry about it, or purchase better hosting

just a bit slow to load up....but it loads ok and i haven't been waiting to the point where the it times out!

Thanks fellas. It's wierd, i never notice any timing out or any lag whatsoever from any the pc's i'm on.

Perhaps it's a load timing issue on the server. I'll keep an eye on it, but not in a hurry to move servers... especially considering how long it took to move to this new one.

I've never had problems with the site (except for 1 or 2 downtimes), but nothing else. On Adam Internet here.

I get similar display problems every now and then. As said above, it just looks like a style sheet gets lost somewhere. Refresh usually fixes it.
