This project is backed by the previous state Govt. (financially) who rightly or wrongly backed a company who was far beyond their depth. I hope we see it through to the end as it's a damn fine looking building.

It’s a bit of a stretch to say they were backed by the previous State Govt. It was only to get the project off the ground. I refer to your own post Jaymz below -

This project was also reported in the business section of The Australian today and it did mention the $5 million low interest loan from the S.A Govt
So it was a small $5m loan they have to pay it back plus it helped create 400 construction jobs, 120 ongoing jobs, stamp duty for the Govt with all the apartment sales, etc etc

Greetings All,
Found this forum while searching for news etc. on Google for this project, good to see there's a board for this stuff!
For anyone interested, the steelwork for the transfer floor, Level 11, is starting tomorrow morning. Might be worth keeping an eye out for as it involves some quite heavy steel members and should be good to see going up.
From that point on, the project will be mainly steelwork-based (it's mostly concrete structure from Level 10 down) so should see some quick progress moving forward.
Some of the pictures posted so far are neat and it's good to see interest in these projects like this. I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the future!

Looks promising? Can’t wait to see more.

Is it just me or do the renders make it hard to gather what this building will actually look like. I don’t know if it will have sky blue windows or is that actually a darker colour with the sky reflecting off the building?
The new panels help give a bit of clarity that it will look a little darker but reflective though so thanks for sharing.

The steel beams being installed are huge. Absolutely chunky. Zoom in to see the beams through the protective mesh cage.

Three levels of glass and cladding is now complete on the North East corner. It’s looking pretty promising in my opinion so far.
