Hines or no Hines. Buy bigger allotments and build something serious.

Strange, but when articles from the news network are on news.com.au they often have headlines that don't match the content at all. On the news site the headline was something like 'how did THAT get approved" or some such

Right. Application has received approval 23 August 2019 (source: https://www.saplanningportal.sa.gov.au/ ... w-4278-LUA)
Decision notification form says, however, that they'd still building rules consent here. No idea, though, if they are already working with their building application

Think this render might be new? From the Hines site: https://www.hinesproperty.com.au/cached ... 0_s_c1.jpg

I hope all those windows facing Frome Street will be triple glazed for noise reduction.

Would love to see a residential development like this built next door at 275 North Terrace. With views over Lot Fourteen, would make everything around it way more interesting.

In Depth Drilling is my mates company.
Just sent him a link - thanks Andy!
He is back on Monday with a new drilling rig if you are interested working around the tanks

I’ll say hi when I go past next week then!
Is this work related to the new development then?

I think this project makes their Twin St proposal less likely or a few years off

I'm sure that tender was for the VIBE HOTEL which is Flinders Street.
