It depends on the project and many other things but could be as soon as a couple or months before site works. Probably would start in January I would think.

I didn't hate the PO building once it was done but another brown shorter version, as is this current design will look drab as fuck. I understand not wanting to take away from the herritage building but dam they can do so much more.

Stage one (internal demolition) was applied for in late May but has been put on hold according to the below.
