Are you sure it was this site? Just went past and hasn’t been touched since demolition and is empty.

Some one has dug piers along side of both neighbouring buildings .This could ether be for soil testing or to sure up the neighbouring buildings. This must have only taken a day or 2. So I would not rate this as under construction yet.

I am not sure if this has any thing to do with this site but some company is laying pipes of some type in Gunsion Street which was closed off to through traffic. May be they are just using the site to store their backhoe. Gunsion street is the side street at the rear of the site east of Pulteney St.

Same sign been there for a couple months. It can be seen in your May photos on the western side. Has a white back in that view though.
