Can anyone post the renders from the article?

I've re-arranged the order of the images from the article so it is easier to understand which is which in the two developments.

Producers has been closed since the owner was arrested two and a half years ago
Is it heritage listed?
Don't see any future for it until after it's sold and most likely renovated

Yeah, that's my point. If this development were of a larger scale we might have seen some interest in renovating and reopening the bar.

Polites owns The Producers, I wouldn't expect much

Explains the horrible white with no other distinguishable features. Honestly, if the ACC are serious about livening the CBD up, design standards that prevent the likes of Polites from purchasing property then painting it white and slapping a blue sign on it should be on that list. Ruined a lot of beautiful real estate around Adelaide with that crap.

Drove past this site today and there was a big sign advertising this development. No da has been lodged however. Corner pirie and Frome.

https://120frome.com.au/
This is being advertised on RealCommercial last updated end of May. Don't think there's a DA still.

Producers was a fantastic venue for the years it was doing Fringe stuff. Hopefully someone can do something with it in the not too distant future, it's a great music and performance venue but if it's not operating when residential stuff is built next door then that type of thing will likely never happen there again.

Thanks for the photo!

I think this one looks quite dated.

They’ve just lodged two more applications for the two sites south of this one. A 12 level and 7 level. No doubt no ground floor activation again and the same cookie cutter design. A completely wasted opportunity and they have destroyed the possibility of activating a public square.
