I think Nawkaw is being used on the the window spandrels to create a "reflective finish" in lieu of using full floor glazing. From memory the vertical elements were hard white. This is all from memory so I could be wrong!

That's utter garbage.

Assuming that they build one level a week, then this should nearly top out at the end of this year. Accordingly I would think they would be hoping to finish early next year.

For reference, this being finished late next year would mean it progresses at a similar rate to the Adelaidean right next door.
