Awesome photos everyone! I love seeing the impact this is having.

I really hope at least one of the three other proposals for Currie Street gets up this year. Considering the dearth of construction activity and rising unemployment, perhaps the government could even offer favorable loans (as it did for this project and the Oval Hotel) to those proposals with committed operators (Westin, Hyatt, QT) to get started right away.

Great pic EBG, looks like it’s at level 30 floor plate from that angle, this is very close to topping out now, and it looks great so far....

Note if you count the floors at the rear there is one extra floor compared the front in Currie St, This is due to the fact the site slopes down to the rear and also some of the floors at the rear are car parking levels that have lower ceiling heights. I think the official number of floors is as seen from Currie St.

Yes. But also, I'm a little disappointed with what we have seen so far with this, the materials used are of a great quality but one this building leaves the podium, it's much of the same which for its considerable height (by Adelaide standards) means it stands out more.
