From today.
Wow, that swimming pool is not going to get too much sun for 6-8 months of the year.
Perhaps they should've had pools on the east and west side too just in case or sunbathing on the roof. I doubt there are many hotels worldwide in major cities with skyscrapers that have perfect swimming pool environments. Anyhow I guess many users would only do a few laps, and if they want sun they can head to the beach. Oh well...
Cheers

Question... This is student accommodation right? Where will the students live... In the window seal?
That core is massive.

Yeah, and IIRC most apartments will jam in around 6-7 students.

I can guarantee that you will not be jamming 6-7 international students in one apartment. If it's anything like the rooms on 124 Waymouth Street, the entire apartments are about 4m x 4m including a kitchen and bathroom. Wouldn't even be enough room for a small desk. How you wouldn't feel claustrophobic within 10 minutes of living there is beyond me.

I'm describing multi-bed apartments, which typically have bedrooms with required personal space but pretty minimal communal space (kitchen, lounge) for the number of people sharing.
But I did go back and check the documents for this one and it's actually pretty evenly balanced between studios, duplexes, co-living (shared bathrooms), and multi-bed (individual bathrooms) with max occupant of 5. It was the Twin Street one that was jamming in 6 per apartment, per attachment:

The reality doesn't appear to reflect the renders.
The renders actually look really good.

This is so far early into the construction phase to compare current state to renders is a touch premature. In terms of what we can see from the curvature of the untreated pillars it feels that what has been presented is following plan.

Floor jump system is being installed too, looking at the right side of your shot.
I dare say this will be a quick build.

What is a "Floor jump system" for those of us not in the construction industry?
