The crane gives you a little bit of an indication of how much the tower proper will be set back from the front of the heritage facade, looks as those the crane will straddle the front of the tower.

Yep, South Terrace is coming down as I type this. This was a quick build, the crane went up in mid March.

Picture of South Tce crane 5.20 pm, Friday Only the platform deck and the tower sections remain. The mobile crane is at the rear of the site.

Could get a tower crane at SAHMRI 2 before end of this year depending on how piling and excavation progress.

7/11/2020 An unexpected tower crane is being erected at Fairmont homes site North Tce (opposite the new RAH). This brings the total cranes back to 12 after the South Tce crane is being taken down today.

Given that were so close to the end of the year and the Christmas/NY shutdown, I highly doubt that any more cranes will go up until next year. It costs lots of money each week to have a crane up so there's no point in putting one up, only for it to sit idle for 2-3 weeks (and lose money in the meantime).
