That's trivial, you don't have to live in it. Invest and let someone else live there and pocket some money.Al wrote:I really iHATE the iName of this iBuilding. I wouldn't invest or live in it for this reason alone.

Anything is better than the awful UniSA Unihouse. I feel sorry for the poor students who have to live in there.

Good to see the site wok has started. Drilling for the circular foundation piers has started. There is no basement so there should be some quick progress.
[COM] Re: #UC : iPad (Waymouth St 9 lvl) Apartment building
Headsup from Paul of pruszinski architects, construction on ipad is going well, walls will be going up in two weeks, and a tower crane not long after.
[COM] Re: #UC : iPad (Waymouth St 9 lvl) Apartment building
Crane base installed on eastern side, near Albert street. The foundations are finished but the ground-floor and plumbing seem to be taking forever and nothing is built above the ground yet. I think the crane could go in any weekend from now on, but will probably be after Chirstmas.

Like the building, like the location, like the facilities, but not the name, how can one be so uncreative when it comes to deciding the name for it, goodness.
