Not sure how your theory works either

So much so that you don't have any proper rebuttal...
Can't rebuttal anything that makes no valid point

Yep. That's usually the reaction when people come to Adelaide.

OK, time to calm it down and stay on topic.

The thread will be locked if this crap continues.

But the local townsfolk think outsiders are laughing with them not at them.

Gooing to be one fun intersection for a while with the Services Australia demolition/construction site going on just across the road at the same time

Think the quality of finishes of this will be a big factor. If it’s going to have the quality of day Adelaidian, eeeek. But if it has the quality of the Casino, the.l it’ll make a great addition.

Based of the renders, the windows look very see through. I think I see sims shagging on level 29

The renders look good but as Mr Solo himself once said... I have a bad feeling about this.

I will take this statement back, I have a good feeling about this but don't want my heart broken. This is the first development over 100m tall with a decent looking curve and depending on the materials used, this could look like the back of a faded plastic outdoor chair. or the best thing in Adelaide. If they dumb down any of the design above Level 29+ and/or they change Level 8 in any way, it'll be a deal breaker for me.

The best thing about this development is that it's quite unique. It's quite difficult to compare it to anything in Australia. It sort of looks like a few developments in Brisbane and Sydney but not quite. All the other significant developments we've had in Adelaide look like carbon copy's of mid 2000s Melbourne. From the renders, I like it. I hope it'll be like that in real life.

(In a perfect world, they would buy 65-67 KW and knock it down as well. Fuglyest building in Adelaide. I would rather a hole in the ground with a permanent construction site. )
