Yes, as can be seen above in pictures by Mr T, not much to see from Melbourne St due to the 3 metre solid fence. The only way to see whats happening is down a dead end lane off Mackinnon St at the rear. It appears there will be 2 levels in the basement as they are now digging deeper.

Digging of the 2 basement levels has finished. Steelwork is going in for the lift and stairs. No crane base on site yet.

Some awesome artwork has been completed on blank walls on the east and west sides of this building. Looks great.
