The new twin towers. Does it seem to anyone else like the construction speed has slowed down over the last few months? Feels like it should have been (externally) finished by now. (6/7/2021)

I dare say this has topped out. All of the signage has been removed from the core slip form, I would expect it to be dismantled soon.

The top floor pace may have slowed down in preparation for the mass tuned dampener that will be installed at the top of the building.

No it didn't "brother." There's was a core rise last week as it rose above the floor slip frame.

Topping out ceremony today, the tree has just been put on the roof. they were pouring the last of the concrete for the top on Friday if I recall correctly.

It looks shorter, maybe it's just an illusion with it being relative to the height of the Adelaidean. The fugly one down the road looks taller though.

We were thrilled to yesterday celebrate the Topping Out of the GSA building, on the corner of Frome St and North Tce in the Adelaide CBD.

The building formally topped out at 36 storeys this week, and at more than 118m high, is now the tallest student accommodation building in Adelaide.
