I'm a bit confused. It seems they're just doing a renovation of the offices rather than a full rebuild? I'm assuming they scrapped this? (If so, thank God).

I've heard they will be building on top, but not sure how acurate that is. My understanding is they didn't want to have to relocate during construction.
