Just on Schnitz, I believe that was South Australia's only Schnitz store. In my opinion, the quality of schnitzels at our local pubs is far better than those at pubs interstate, so I'm not surprised to see franchises like Schnitz struggle here.
The Bavarian on the other hand has a lot of other options other than schnitzels.
It was, which is a shame. They did pretty decent schnitzels there.
I’m actually surprised The Bavarian is still going to be honest. It’s always dead in there.

Schnitz store front and location never grabbed me. Every other store just looked better and are in a more visible spot.
I also think Grill'd was probably catering to a very similar audience and was right next door. Grill'd had the better looking store and location so people just got that.
Anything that moves in to that dead corner will need to put a fair bit more effort in to making themselves noticeable.
Attached is picture I found via Google search.
It is a very favourable angle of the store from right up next to Bangkok Kitchen side wall. Not the line people are walking in/out the main mall.
I think even from there the front is terrible.
There is very little connection between the schnitz sign and their door.

They're taking over the space previously occupied by Two Peck

Revo is going to be where Radio Rentals was.
It's now been 5 Years since Caffe Boungiorno closed it doors.
So when Rebel moves, I think this and the one next door will be leased as one.
Stay tuned for more news!

Nandos now open at TTP. Joining the recent Rebel relocation to the main centre, T2, Kosso Korean BBQ in the former Chinese restaurant, and Chao Chow Hot Pot next to McDonald's.
Myer also seem to be aligning with Westfield and doing renovations also inside their store. Think the centre should actually be really improved when all done. Shows positive signs from the investment these companies are putting in post pandemic.
Hopefully can get some drawcard brands like a Culture Kings or Mecca/Sephora

I understand that ground floor of Myer will be converted to other tenancies sometime soon. There was an application on PlanSA for this some months ago.

As others have already mentioned it seems like the rumours are true about Myer.
They're currently renovating their 2nd floor and I was old that once that is complete the plan is to compress their store down to three floors with Level 1 being turned into 2 new retail vacancies.
All these minor moves in the centre make me feel as though the redevelopment has been scrapped.
Prior to COVID I was told from one of the store owners at TTP that stage 1 (outdoor dining) was more successful than they expected and the Scentre Group were 100% committed now to stage 2 starting ASAP.
As to what Stage 2 actually was/is is still open for discussion, last I heard was that the original plan was the whole area including the carpark where the Big W and Kmart entrances were, along with Aldi was all going to be joined built to connect with Tea Tree Plus.
Sadly it looks like that may never actually happen now though.

Level 1 currently closed off, no escalators down to level 1 from level 2. Sign outside Myer level 1 entrance by the food court which says
“Customers
Your new Myer Tea Tree Plaza is now open.
Please visit us via our level 2 entrances.”

That gives me airport terminal vibes. Still a decent improvement though.
