I'm curious about the tarpaulin on the adjoining building... presumably they're intending to fix the wall treatment but I'm surprised they didn't do so prior to popping a tower in front?

The incorporation of the S&McD building looks amazing in my opinion...

Think it does it justice even though it is now just a facade.

I like how the render people look and dress nothing like Adelaide people

It's missing the screaming crackheads in Everlast tracksuits and some broken windows on the ground level.

If only it was taller, it would be a diamond in the skyline. Another missed opportunity for Adelaide.

I agree, but I think high-rise office buildings are a dying breed post-pandemic.VinyTapestry849 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 11:28 amIf only it was taller, it would be a diamond in the skyline. Another missed opportunity for Adelaide.

Businesses are moving back to staff being in the office and not working from home.ChillyPhilly wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 11:36 amI agree, but I think high-rise office buildings are a dying breed post-pandemic.VinyTapestry849 wrote: ↑Wed Nov 16, 2022 11:28 amIf only it was taller, it would be a diamond in the skyline. There's several large projects for office & mixed used with office that will be going up in interstate, that either were approved prior to covid or proposed after it.
