I don't give two shits about the market arcade bit, but when is this 130m tower going to be finished?
Thats all that matters, are any completion dates announced?

Smells like cringe to me. On brand then Vin.

Market arcade is the reason I love this. I do like the tower but would rather keep the arcade if it was one or the other. Together they will really make the markets an iconic landmark.

I like the tower because more residents in the CBD is good, but the market arcade redevelopment will add a lot to the Central Markets as a destination.

I get that tall buildings are fun to look at and modernise the city, but surely you should care more about the area that the general public will actually get to experience.

I like the tower because more residents in the CBD is good, but the market arcade redevelopment will add a lot to the Central Markets as a destination.

I expect it will be full of franchise stores... everything the central market isn't

but the majority here seem to prefer their international corporate brands over the little guy shops and stalls
