The old station road (now laneway) that runs between this building at the ARS needs more activation considering the ARS/SkyCity frontage is basically boarded up with an awning. Alfresco dining with restaurant pods (think the old WH Smith Newsagent in the plaza at Adelaide Airport) would help bring this strip along.

Some landscaping had been completed on the railway station side of the building. Not sure if this is completely finished yet

Looks very temporary to me - they wouldn't have gravel leading up to a revolving door entrance to the tower.
My guess is that it's just there until the paving of Station Place can be completed.

Tower 2 basement early works now available for trades tender. This involves alteration to existing basement carparks.

According to Principal’s Project Requirements tower 2 is planned to be a 35-storey building
