Couple of close ups today - looks like window frames are going in on level 1.

Aside from being a cool project, I love that this blocks the GDH building behind it.

Hoping they can bulldoze it and build something special there #dreamsarefree

I actually like the entrance to Grote St from Victoria Square, with the Hilton on the south side and the GHD on the north. The buildings complement each other in a way. Also I am probably the only person who preferred the GHD building with the brown glass.
cheers,
Rhino

Can just make out the core all the way from my grandparents’ place in the South of the cbd. Please excuse the quality.

That little black bit? You must spend an awful amount of time looking at that view to notice something so minor that you'd probably barely notice it without zooming in :o

Pretty much haha. It's the perfect spot to watch the city skyline grow!

Look forward to more photos from you then from that vantage point :)

I guess might be a good vantage point for when the central market tower finally starts going up.
Shame they're both not going up at the same time.

I reckon this and the Central Market tower will make a noticeable impact from Port Road.
Should fill the gap partially between the RAA building and Sofitel.
