Correct. Melbourne and Sydney both saw population declines, while the other three major cities all saw gains.Patrick_27 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 29, 2023 9:18 pmThat's simply not true... So many Adelaide expats, mostly young professionals and students, moved back to Adelaide from Melbourne during the pandemic due to the consistent lockdowns in Melbourne. Hell, I personally know of Victorians relocating here to live and save during the pandemic because Adelaide was so much cheaper and liveable. Queensland also benefitted from Victoria's pandemic response, Sydney not so much.

207 Pultney has been delisted on Real commercial. No longer for sale. This is now a dead link :https://www.realcommercial.com.au/for-s ... -504424268
and JWDT still has 207 putlney on their website: http://www.jwdt.com.au/index.html
I wouldn't call this one completely dead guys, the office is closed, but now has a note on the front door!
Note:
Thankyou for your interest in our exciting project. We will be able to say more as we move through the approval process
There may still be light for this one!

SA1 Tower will be Adelaide's new first height and the only skycrapper in South Australia. It would play an important role in boosting economy and bring enormous oppertunties and job positions to the city and the state.

So it's coming back as a 180m tall drop toilet?
[CAN] Re: 207 Pulteney Street | 180m | 55 Levels | Mixed Use
not to mention the "oppertunties" it provides
this was a tinpot proposal from the get go, they never intended to build this
tired of low IQ hacks

Have a feeling Masonic Centre will be the same .
[CAN] Re: 207 Pulteney Street | 180m | 55 Levels | Mixed Use
Even if the Mason tower doesn't get up it doesn't have the same vibes. This feels like it could have been an overreach and attempt to boost the land value, whereas that sort of sale almost certainly isn't on the table for the masons.

Given all the info we have had for masons, what makes you say this other than pessimism?

JWDT did build these developments in NSW though, you can find them on google maps
They aren't a complete shell of a company
Is anyone able to find the application for 207 pultney street on the plan SA website? Hows is it going through the approval process?
Theres also an article about it potentially being sold back in Sept 2023, but its behind a paywall
