Some update pictures as at 13/6/2024, of west and east sides now at level 12.

The final small western core rise happened over the past 24 hours. This is probably as high as the building will go.

a small crane rise today - weird as I think the core is at full height.

Now this is starting to show its form, it's looking similar to the Coglin Street tower just off Gouger Street.

The eastern lift shaft formwork is being removed - there was a slight rise on the western core over the weekend so that's most likely at full height now.

picture of good quality new brick work on 4 lower levels, this will create some interest at street level.
[U/C] Re: 181 Waymouth Street | 53m | 17 Levels | Apartments
This one is coming together really well - we need lots more of this level of building quality and accommodation across the CBD and especially the West End.

The brickwork looks pretty nice and transitions into the vertical white columns. There was a small fit tree at the front - probably be lifted to the highest point today.
