I recommend the Dom Perignon '98. Superb vintage. Although, the 2013 is also excellent.

Having said that, as a proud South Aussie, try the 1990 Grange Hermitage from Penfolds. I absolutely recommend it with a Mayura Station full blood wagyu beef.

I can't believe that a small forum about development that I love and care about has turned into such a volcano of attacks across so many threads. People attacking each other left, right and centre. No one being able to hold a constructive argument, but turning it into pissing contests with little to no constructive value. I'm sick of it, and so are many of the other moderators. Just stop.
