The office tower core is now visible from Wright Street.

When getting shots of this site from the south, I try to make sure it's cloudy, or the sun is low. Cityscapes taken facing the sun look like arse (though looks aren't really the aim of this forum).

This morning, alongside Victoria Tower. Soon Victoria Tower will be finished and we'll no longer see two major construction sites side-by-side.

And from Gouger Street. It's beautiful to watch. Not since the new RAH have I seen so many cranes in one area.

Walking past yesterday, I noticed that metal structures have been attached to the court building next door. I'm assuming these are for the podium?

Grote Street will be almost unrecognisably once the heritage-inspired red brick facade has been completed.

Can’t wait for that.

So glad this hasn’t changed a huge amount from the initial concept, and is going ahead

Pretty much already is from that photo's vantage point. Most of the towers visible are relatively new additions.
It really illustrates how under-developed the CBD is when such small buildings can make such a big visual impact.
