Went past this site today - workers are back and it appears to be full steam ahead. I'll be very interested to see how this one comes together, especially the "rooftop urban farm".

All up, the development will feature 250 apartments and 71 terrace homes, with the market square – The Agora – having a supermarket, eateries, cafes and shops.

Almost one third of the development will be open and green space, half of which will be publicly accessible and some of which will include a rooftop urban farm practicing regenerative agriculture.

Disappointing that the architecture isn’t more inspiring than “bland shades of grey boxes”, but that level of greenery is what we need more of in modern developments.

Let’s hope they don’t cheap out on the planting when it comes time to finish the job.
