It’s a shame they went with boring ultra-modern instead of the “modernised heritage” look that some new build residential homes are going for around North Adelaide.

Architects around the world need to trend away from the “grey box with glass” look in general. Just look at how fantastic the SkyCity expansion, 60 King William, or Market Square look when you go for something different.

I wouldn’t even call it ultra modern. It’s just ultra cheap. It already looks dated.
