Yeah me too. There's a few different measurements going about. I even heard one contractor thought it was 39 levels, not 37? Bit awkward.

When seeking height approval, building materials, etc I think everyone involved should always begin with asking "how long is a piece of string?", especially when outlining their measurements. Makes it more fun that way.

All you need to know Viny is there's always a possibility to go higher when one asks "how long is a piece of string".

The black stump now looks a lot better with the newer developments going up. When it was just that and West Pac doing the heavy lifting it was grim.
