Anyone know what's planned for the old Acacia Arts site at 187-189 Hutt Street?

The street looks so different without that lovely old building. Like a smile with a missing front tooth.

Progress pics from 193 Angas Street (Valerie Apartments). Messy scenes as the construction site overlaps with road works.

Thanks for the updates Bobski.

No idea what's planned for Acacia Arts, but also sad to see it gone. The demoltion was approved here as 'irredemably beyond repair': https://meetings.cityofadelaide.com.au/ ... elaide.pdf

From what Ive heard around the street, fairly small 2-3 level development with ground floor commercial and 2 levels of apartments on top.
