update for 4 King william st kent town - working on the ground floor is continuing. This project has a semi basement parking level at the back of the ( furtherest from king William st).

Not sure the best thread for these since Unley isn't east but here are some quick snaps of the townhouse development site on Arthur Street. I think this block of land was previously an exclusive bretheren homestead/compound. It's huge!

Not crazy about the render but this project sounds promising, will save an iconic building from falling into ruin, and inject a diversity of residents into the area.
Hope it gets up.

Agreed, happy to see Romilly saved from demolition by neglect, though it seems a curious choice for disabled housing. Not especially accessible environs.

Luxury Apartments planned for 82 Rundle St Kent Town with the rather dystopian advertising slogan of "worth every million". Just to make it clear that non-multi-millionaires need not apply.
