Can't be arsed seeing whether this has already been answered, so your indulgence please...
Does that mean there's only one more rise for the core?

Yep, should be one more to expose 22, then the formwork should dissapear, leaving a "blank" LRM level.
Did I explain that right?

This building is seriously looking good. Had a stroll past there this morning and boy it's going to be one sexy beast. Looks quite a bit taller than I thought it would (core height), times it is all done we will have a nice blue/green beast at our disposal. Glass also starting on level 3.

Sure is. Quite an impact looking on from vic square... was just chatting to Al the other morning going down King William, it would be nice to be able to see more of this from the northern skyline though.
Even so.. looks great.

Here's a good angle to view it from. You know where Port Road goes through the parklands and turns the corner at Bonython Park, with George st on the other side of the intersection? Look at the city from there, CC sticks out like dogs balls.

Yep, saw it last night. Noticed there is two elevator openings on this level, so basically there should be another pour this week, and the form work will go next week.
Is it just me or did this take bugger all time to top out?

Excellent pics Pants. Good to see the shade features on level four are not too overbearing unlike Brisbane Square's efforts. I think they will fit in very well. This building stands out all over Adelaide well. It has had more of an impact from different locations than I thought it would. Even more so once all the floorplates are done and it's all glassed up!

Corebox is currently being dismantled. The advertising on the box is gone.

from propertylook.com.au: small reminder of what we're getting
this render is the same as we've already seen but glass appears greener in this image which is perhaps a tad more realistic
