Whatever... At least it's under construction and not a developer's dream. Just remove the thread.

I got the images from a real-estate website, so apart from the images there is very little relevant information for this forum unfortunately.

This might help...

http://www.thesouth.com.au/

I think the lower 2 floors contain 3 apartments starting at about 550K each, the other floors contain 2 apartments around 1.05-1.35M.

5 star green rating, thanks to a thermal chimney and 26000L RW tank.

Thanks, I've added this project to the building list as U/C, unless someone wishes to inform me otherwise. http://buildinglist.photoadelaide.com/M ... ?maploc=98

Does anyone know if this development is proposed or approved ? Like the look of the render. My wife and i went to the display
apartment on sunday. Prices are exhorbitant - but i guess you're paying for the location as there are no facilities and most of the
balconies are not much bigger than postage stamps

^^^If my memory serves me correctly, I think the building has planning approval. But I'm not 100% sure. So don't sue me if I'm wrong! 8)
